KithSports is a platform for athletes to showcase their achievements. Because our community includes minors (athletes aged 16–17), we hold all content and conduct to a high standard. These Community Guidelines apply to everything you upload or share, including profile text, video titles and descriptions, images, thumbnails, and messages. By using KithSports you agree to follow them.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, or share content that:
- Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive — this is treated with zero tolerance where minors are involved.
- Depicts, promotes, or glorifies graphic violence, self-harm, or cruelty.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or illegal activity.
- Bullies, threatens, intimidates, or targets another person, including other athletes.
- Contains profanity, slurs, or offensive language directed at others.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Is spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or organization.
- Exposes the private or personal information of others without consent.
2. Automated Content Moderation
To protect our community, KithSports automatically scans the text and images you submit using content-moderation technology before they are published. If the system detects content that violates these guidelines, the submission is blocked automatically and is not saved to your profile. Certain categories — such as sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, terrorism, and extreme violence — are treated with zero tolerance and result in an immediate permanent ban.
3. Strikes, Suspension & Bans
We operate a strike-based enforcement system. Each violation adds strikes to your account depending on its severity. When your account reaches our violation threshold, or when you post content in a zero-tolerance category, your account will be permanently banned. Banned accounts lose access to the Service and their public profile is immediately hidden. We may also suspend or ban accounts in response to verified user reports or manual review, even where the automated system did not act.
4. Reporting Violations
Every public athlete profile includes a Report option. If you see content that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include removing content or banning the responsible account. You can also contact us directly at [email protected].
5. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. We will review your appeal and respond. Our decision following an appeal is final.
